Mr. Lewis has been a restaurant operator for 22 years. He has worked in an executive environment with Chipotle, CiCi’s Pizza, Clayton’s and Renaissance Grille. As Director of Training his focus will be on enhancing Froots training systems, executing new restaurant openings, training new owners, research and development of new menu items and providing ongoing operational support to the entire Froots community.
